Owner and Trainer of Better Bodies on Campbell. My mission is to develop programs for individuals from losing weight to shape and tone. My staff and I are dedicated to helping people to a healthier, happier, more fulfilling, and longer life.
Why I'm a Trainer:
I fell in love with working out when I was 13 and my older brother took me to the gym. I started inventing exercises when I was 13 and always had a passion for it.
What I like about being a Trainer:
The positive atmosphere. Everyone here is here to better their lives in one way or another.

Better Bodies is the first place I have ever worked at or seen that means what they say – Good Service, Good Results.

I like the diversity in my clients. Ages range from 13 to 89, male and female with goals that range from fat loss to muscle building.
